The highlight was the breakfast spread that included fresh fruits and pastries, setting a delightful tone for the day. Staff was always there to assist, especially a receptionist named Nassim, who helped with my special request for a decorated room to celebrate my husband's birthday. he truly went the extra mile! there were issues that dampened my experience. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made it uncomfortable at times. some hotel facilities like the bath fittings seemed outdated and in need of replacement. Even though dinner options were decent, service during that time was extremely slow, making it challenging to get drinks after finishing our main course. All of this contributed to a mixed experience for me at the hotel.
